Etiopía

Este elemento no está disponible en español. Está disponible actualmente en inglés, francés

Ethiopia is striving to make the best possible use of the seven cultural sites and one natural site that are inscribed on the World Heritage List by training personnel for their management.

With UNESCO's assistance, the country has launched a safeguarding campaign for its principal sites. It was in this framework that Aksum obelisk was able to be returned to its original site in 2007.

Since 2006, Ethiopia has undertaken to establish an inventory of its intangible heritage.
