L´Ecole Technique Secondaire de Kamenge est un complexe multidisciplinaire qui compte une douzaine de spécialités avec une effectif de 1336 élèves pour l´années 2005. La formation est dispensée à deux niveaux: Niveaux A3 et A2 et chacun comprend six filières à savoir:
Pour le niveau A3: Menuiserie, Machine outils, Tôlerie-carrosseries, mécanique-auto, mécanique poids lourds, électricité générale
Pour le niveau A2: Electricité industrielle, électromécaniqe, mécanique générale, électronique, informatique de maintenance, informatique opérateur.
La mission principale est de former, les ouvriers qualifiés pour A3 et les Techniciens Moyens pour A2.
