L’Assemblée générale, 

  1. Elit le Qatar (Etat partie sans bien sur la Liste du patrimoine mondial) comme membre du Comité du patrimoine mondial ;
  2. Elit les huit Etats parties suivants comme membres du Comité du patrimoine mondial : Algérie, Allemagne, Colombie, Inde, Japon, Malaisie, Sénégal, Serbie.
