The American Institutes of Research (AIR)/Community Health and Nutrition, Gender and Education Support - 2 (CHANGES2) program was implemented through an EQUIP1 Associate Award. In West Africa, this disease is also spreading at an alarming rate. The situation in Sierra Leone is not as bad as elsewhere but the rate of increase each year is alarming. The National Strategic Plan for a Comprehensive and Multisectoral Response to HIV/AIDS 2006-2010 (NSP II) was originally developed in 2005. This revised version of the NSP II covers the remaining three years (2008-2010) and concerns an update. The revised NSP II is part of the National Strategic Development Plan (NSDP) for 2006-2010, which in turn supports the Royal Government's Rectangular Strategy for the development of Cambodia.
