The launch of the World Water Development Report 2017 is at the core of the World Water Day celebrations in Brazil. During the event the main findings of the WWDR 2017, especially the ones related to Brazil will be presented to the local audience and to the local media. Printed copies of the Portuguese version of the Report summary will be distributed.

Printed copies of the Portuguese version of the Report summary and the facts and figures will be distributed. The event in Brazil is organized by UNESCO in partnership with the National Water Agency (Agência Nacional de Águas - ANA).

The United Nations World Water Development Report (WWDR) is the UN’s flagship report on water. It is published each year with a focus on different strategic water issues. The 2017 World Water Development Report focuses on wastewater.
