Division of Relations with Member States and International Organizations - MSO

    The Division of Relations with Member States and International Organizations (MSO) contains four regional sections, relations with African Member States being handled by Africa Department. The division also integrates the the International Organizations Section (IGO) and the Protocol Unit.
