The Shanghai Consensus, the outcome document that followed the recent Third International Congress on TVET advocates for expanding and enhancing the capacities of the UNEVOC Network, to enable the key role of the Network in developing the capacities of decision‐makers and practitioners, and to facilitate the involvement of all stakeholders. Following the recommendations outlined in the Shanghai Consensus, UNESCO-UNEVOC is working towards revamping the role of the UNEVOC Network by introducing sub-clusters in all regions to allow for a better interface with all the Centres.

Booklet: School-to-Work Transition Information Bases
The booklet, jointly published by published by the Education Policy and Reform Unit of UNESCO Bangkok and the UNESCO-UNEVOC International Centre, is the result of a regional thematic study which draws on country studies and presentations delivered at the UNESCO Synthesis Workshop on School-to-Work Transition Information Bases and the Role of the UNEVOC Network, which was held in Bangkok, Thailand, from 23 to 26 August 2011. It likewise draws on the insights, knowledge and experience of the national experts and UNEVOC Centre representatives who participated in the workshop.
