The Russian Committee for UNESCO Information for All Programme (IFAP) and its working body, the Moscow based NGO Inter-regional Library Cooperation Centre are organizing this conference in collaboration with UNESCO/IFAP, and with financial support from the Government of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area – Ugra.
The event will facilitate information exchanges between experts on the promotion of multilingualism in cyberspace for inclusive sustainable development. It will also provide a platform for the detection and dissemination of theoretical breakthroughs and trailblazing practical know-how in both fields and on the border between them.
