Media and communication trainings for the experts from the database “Women Make the News – Thailand” at UNESCO Bangkok, March 2017

Media and communication trainings for the experts from the database “Women Make the News – Thailand” at UNESCO Bangkok, March 2017

As part of the project “Women Make the News – Thailand” a series of media and communication trainings were funded by the Australian Aid and conducted for the experts from the UNESCO’s online database of Thai female experts for journalists at UNESCO’s Office in Bangkok. The participants learnt how to leverage the media, give impactful media interviews and generate positive coverage of their areas of expertise and projects. The trainings gave the participants a deeper understanding of how media and journalists work, the opportunity to practice interview techniques, and successful strategies to attract media interest for own projects/organizations.
