From April 11-13, 2010 UNESCO-IESALC organized the Caribbean Conference on Higher Education in Paramaribo, Suriname together with the Organization of American States (OAS) Department of Human Development, Education, and Culture (DHDEC) and UNESCO Kingston Cluster Office for the Caribbean.
