The Alliance has a strong but simple structure:

  • The Strategic Planning Committee sets the overall direction;
  • The UIS provides managerial support as the Secretariat;
  • A series of Task Forces make recommendations on technical issues; and
  • Plenary members make and endorse recommendations.
