Education: Literature and Anthropology at the Catholic University of Quito, and Communication at the Universidad Complutense of Madrid.

Professional experience:
•Executive Secretary of the party “Movimiento Alianza País”, 2010-2014.
•Private Secretary of President Rafael Correa, 2009-2010.
•Minister of Culture, 2008.
•Director of Communication of the Presidency of Ecuador, 2007.
•Advisor to the President of the “Casa de la Cultura Ecuatoriana”.
•Composer of more than 100 musical pieces. Author of several literary works.
