The 5th Session of the Joint WMO/IOC Joint Technical Commission for Oceanography and Marine Meteorology (JCOMM) has opened today (25 October) in Geneva, Switzerland. The Session, which is taking place between 25 and 29 October will deal with the progress made by the three programme areas Observation, Data Management and Services & Forecast Services.
