International Programme for the Development of Communication

Secretariat Contact

The Secretariat of the Council for IPDC is provided by the Director-General of UNESCO. It provides the necessary services for the sessions of the Council and meetings of the Bureau. The Secretariat assembles suggestions and comments made by Member States of UNESCO and the international organizations concerned. It is responsible for the formulation of specific projects, and prepares them for examination by the Council.
