UNESCO Doha participates in the KAPS International Conference on Sustainable Society and Policy Changes

Within the framework of the QNRF funded project research on “Momentum for Education beyond 2015,” and as part of its research dissemination strategy, UNESCO Doha presented the significant findings of the research study in the Korean Association for Policy Studies (KAPS) International Conference," Sustainable Society and Policy Changes" from September 23-24, 2016 in Seoul, Republic of Korea.

On behalf of UNESCO Doha, Faryal Khan, Programme Specialist for Education delivered two conference papers in two separate panels: on 23th September 2016  Panel on Policy Outcomes and Methodology: “Female Access to Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) and Labor Market Outcomes in the Gulf Cooperation Council” and on 24 September 2016 at the Panel on Education and Policy:  “Momentum for Education beyond 2015: Improving the Quality of Learning Outcomes and Enhancing the Performance of Education Systems in the Gulf Cooperation Council Countries” copresented with Jisu,Kang.

As a result of UNESCO Doha’s participation in the Conference, two articles will be fully developed to be submitted to the International Journal for Policy Studies for publication.
