5th OpenWater Symposium

The 5th OpenWater Symposium focuses on open source software and open access tools within the field of water management and hydrology. The conference will take place from 28 to 30 November 2017 in Rabat, Morocco. The OpenWater conference originates from the EU funded EnviroGrids project and has been organized biannually.
The Symposium was designed with two main components:
1- Presentations of research papers using FOSS;
2- Trainings on Free Sofware.
