Apply for this call

The deadline to submit applications through the IFCD online Application Form HAS BEEN EXTENDED until 21st April 2017, midnight CET. Applications received after this deadline will not be eligible.

How to apply?

Step 1: Verify that the entity/organization is eligible for funding here.

Step 2: Verify that the project proposal fulfils the Basic Requirements for eligible funding requests here.

Step 3: Download the following documents (in Excel format) and save them on your computer:

   Project Framework  (divided in 3 tabs)

   Project Description  (divided in 5 tabs)

 Attention: When opening the documents, you will be asked by your software to enable Macros. Please accept request, enable the Macros and complete the Project Framework and the Project Description offline. Then, save the changes on your computer. 

Step 4: To successfully prepare your application download the Annotated Guide here and read it carefully.

Step 5: Ensure you have all necessary Complementary Documents from the list here.

Step 6: Once you have completed all the documents and gather all complementary documents, access the IFCD online Application Form by clicking on the button below:

Step 7: Complete all the fields in the IFCD online Application Form and upload the completed Project Framework, Project Description and necessary Complementary Documents.

Attention: Please note that the information requested in the IFCD online Application Form must comply with sections 1.1, 1.2, 2.1, 2.2, 2.3 and 2.4 of the Project Description. 

Step 8: Accept the Terms and Conditions , which you can consult here. Then, date, sign and click on the ‘SUBMIT’ button to finalize your application.

Attention:

  • Please note that the signature should be the name of the representative of the applicant entity/organization holding financial and administrative responsibility for the implementation of the project.
  • Please note that the application should be completed in either English or French and that all projects shall begin in March 2018 at the earliest.
  • Applications received after the deadline (14 April 2017, midnight CET) will not be eligible.
