Notes This compilation of IOC Basic texts that constituted the IOC Manual in 1985 has been extensively updated an re-written in separate documents pertaining to the section of IOC Basic Texts on the IOC website. Part 1 of the manual remains reference for sections 5, 6, 7 and 10. Parts II & III being of a more temporary nature are updated online as document IOC/INF-1332 for Part II and as a database of IOC Memorandum of Understandings for Part III.
