The Secretariat has made available, on the website of the 2003 Convention, all the forms to be used for the 2020 cycles for nominations for the Representative List and Urgent Safeguarding List, proposals for the Register of Good Safeguarding Practices as well as different kinds of International Assistance requests, NGO accreditation requests and Periodic Reporting.

The website also provides an instruction note for each of these forms, together with an indication of the deadline by which submissions are due. On the same page of the website indicates 28 files of elements of intangible cultural heritage inscribed that have been considered good examples by the Committee, as well as four case of budget and timetable for the International Assistance identified as helpful by the Secretariat.
