Working Hours and Official Holidays
ICTP's official working hours for staff are Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 16:48 (with a 48-minute lunch break). The Leonardo Building remains open from 6:00 to 22:00 each day, except Sunday, when the hours are 8:00 to 22:00.
The bank, travel agency and insurance company counters in the Enrico Fermi Building have different opening hours. Reception desks in the guesthouses are staffed around the clock. ICTP has its own calendar of holidays which sometimes does not coincide with the Italian calendar of holidays.
