The HIV and Health Education Clearinghouse is a knowledge sharing initiative, provided by UNESCO, with contributions from external partners. Through a comprehensive resource library and information exchange service it supports ministries of education, development agencies, civil society, researchers and other education partners, to develop effective HIV and AIDS, school health and sexuality education policies, programmes and advocacy within the education sector.
The Clearinghouse provides:
- A virtual resource library of HIV and health education policies, programmes and research
- A calendar of HIV- and health education-related events
- A selection of news on HIV and health education from around the world
- Enquiry and literature search services available on request
