Over the last two decades, teacher professional development has become a key element of systemic educational reforms and/or school improvement strategies. In the field of education, knowledge is emerging in a fast pace, which requires continuous revisiting of Teacher Professional Development (TPD) strategies, and urges teachers to stay updated and to refine their conceptual and pedagogical skills.
