    This document is a user-friendly, interactive resource that can be used in different ways to support the development of HIV and AIDS policies in workplaces of all sizes and in all sectors.     The project was informed by research that included a literature review and group sessions with representatives from private sector organisations, donor organisations, employer and employee unions and Government, in nine Caribbean countries.
