The 2015-2020 Ethiopia HIV /AIDS prevention care and treatment Strategic plan was developed in an Investment case approach by focusing on four core elements namely, understand the problem, design the optimal program to solve the problem, deliver and sustain for impact and ending AIDS. Ces axes portent sur : La prévention de la transmission du VIH et des IST ; L’élimination de la transmission de VIH de la mère à l’enfant ; L’amélioration de l’accès aux soins et traitement ; La promotion d’un environnement favorable aux personnes vivant avec le VIH et personnes affectées ; Le soutien à la mise en œuvre du PSN.
