Viet Nam is facing high rated of adolescent pregnancy, adolescent births, abortion and alarming, increasing risks of HIV transmission posing a growing challenge to community health. Therefore, strengthening gender, sexual and reproductive health (SRH) knowledge and awareness among adolescents through school channels, is one of the effective measures in helping shape health lifestyles and appropriate attitudes for young people and to help youth avoid risky health behaviors. "As we grow up" series consists of three volumes under the themes of puberty, relationships and healthy sexuality which was compiled to support secondary schools and community learning centers in their efforts in strengthening Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE) for young people.
