Action 4: Sensibilisation des entités publiques nationales soutenant le développement du film et les industries créatives dans la région Maghreb-Machrek, afin d'intégrer une approche sensible au genre.

Action 8: Soutien à la participation des femmes professionnelles du secteur du film dans la région Maghreb-Machrek aux festivals.

** Cet appel à projets rentre dans le cadre du projet « Renforcement d’un secteur du film sensible au genre dans la région Maghreb-Machrek », qui est un projet régional cofinancé par l’Union Européenne, dans le cadre de son programme MedFilm. Ce projet vise à promouvoir l’image et la place de la femme dans le secteur du film (cinématographique, télévisuel, sur le web/ fiction et documentaire) dans sept pays cibles : Algérie, Egypte, Jordanie, Liban, Libye, Maroc et Tunisie. 

Ce projet est mis en œuvre par un consortium mené par l'UNESCO, en partenariat avec ONU Femmes, Mena Media Monitoring (MMM), et le Festival International du Film des Femmes de Salé (FIFFS) et en association avec Sud Ecriture, et l'Organisation Arabe pour l'Education, la Culture et les Sciences (ALECSO). Il représente une composante du programme MedFilm et de l’engagement de l’Union Européenne pour la promotion de l’égalité des genres.  

Ce projet est cofinancé par l'Union européenne dans le cadre du programme régional Med Film. Ce contenu relève de la seule responsabilité de l'UNESCO et de ses partenaires et ne reflète pas nécessairement les opinions de l’Union européenne. 

Extension of the deadline for the submission of project proposals “Enhancing a gender responsive film sector in the Maghreb- Mashreq region”

The deadline for submitting project proposals in the framework of the project “Enhancing a gender responsive film sector in the Maghreb- Mashreq region ”will be extended until 28 March (21h GMT), for the following actions:

• Action 4: Sensitization of national public entities in the Maghreb-Mashreq region supporting film development as part of the creative industries to integrate a gender responsive approach
• Action 8: Support women’s participation in the film festivals in the Maghreb-Mashreq region
