    Se realiza un diagnóstico cualitativo con el fin de conocer las necesidades de la población transgénero contactada en Quito y Guayaquil, durante el último trimestre de 2007 y primero de 2008. Se analizan las conductas de riesgo para la infección por VIH y orientar intervenciones ajustadas a la realidad del grupo poblacional para la prevención de su transmisión.
