Training workshop for Radio for Peace Network (RaPNet) station managers and editors in South Sudan

UNESCO and UNDP in partnership with Radio for Peace Network (RaPNet) are organising a training workshop for station managers and editors from 14 radio stations in South Sudan. The Training will take place at Juba Regency Hotel in Juba from 21 -22 September 2016.
The purpose of the two-day Workshop is to capacitate radio station managers with the skills to engage traditional authorities, Civil Society Organisations(CSOs), policy makers and all other peacebuilding stakeholders on issues related to peace and reconciliation as well to engage them on discussions related to the recently enacted Firearms Act.
