Dr. Emmanuel Letouzé (Director of DATA-POP Alliance and visiting researcher at the MIT Media Lab) talks about how data can provide valuable insights for policies and decision-making without exposing the data at UNESCO’s global celebration of the International Day for Universal Access to Information, called the IPDCtalks.
