ميثاق الأمم المتحدة: الذكرى السبعون

وقـِّع ميثاق الأمم المتحدة في 26 حزيران/يونيه 1945 في سان فرانسيسكو في ختام مؤتمر الأمم المتحدة الخاص بنظام الهيئة الدولية وأصبح نافذاً في 24 تشرين الأول/اكتوبر 1945. ويعتبر النظام الأساسي لمحكمة العدل الدولية جزءاً متمماً للميثاق.
