
13th meeting of the Committee for the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflict
The Committee for the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflict meets once a year in ordinary session.
The 13th meeting of the 1999 Second Protocol Intergovernmental Committee will consider, among other subjects, the inscription of four cultural properties on the International List of Cultural Property under Enhanced Protection, two requests for international assistance, and the Report of the UNESCO’s Internal Oversight Service concerning the 1954 Hague Convention and its two (1954 and 1999) Protocols.
The Committee is composed of twelve States Parties to the Second Protocol to the Hague Convention of 1954 for the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflict.
