The 2016 edition of the Design Week will be held in Kaunas
From 2 to 8 May 2016, Kaunas City of Design will be organizing the 2016 Design Week on the theme of “Connections” which highlights the impact that design can have on increasing the welfare of the country by encouraging artists to look for original ways to create. One of the proposed workshops will be focusing on recycling issues, showcasing Henrik Embom, the pioneer artist of recycling waste material in Finland.
The Design Week is an annual event, held in a city of Lithuania, dedicated to the synthesis of insightful solutions, original ideas and professional performance while highlighting the values of creative design.
