Deadly flash flooding, flying debris and the threat of waterborne disease, including cholera, has put the children of Mozambique at grave risk. 350,000 children in Mozambique alone are said to be in dire need of immediate relief. The family has been living in Idleb a few months after they were forced to leave their hometown because of the violent clashes and heavy bombardment. The building used to be a coal store, so the children are constantly covered in black coal dust. Since 2012, we've led a large, complex response to the war in Syria, reaching children and families in besieged areas, as well as in refugee camps and host communities.
