In the context of the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination (21 March), UNESCO will organise a debate with representatives of urban cultures in France, at 7 pm in the cultural centre La Colonie in Paris, on 21 March 2018.

The aim is to discuss how these artists use their arts to speak out against prejudices, racism, and discrimination and how a better knowledge of Africa's history can help them in this endeavour.
