UNESCO Institute for Information Technology in Education (IITE) in cooperation with its partners organizes scientific seminars in Moscow and St. Petersburg, dedicated to the use of ICT for the development, education and social rehabilitation of people with special educational needs. The seminar in Moscow is held on 23-24 November in partnership with the ITU and the Russian Ministry of Education and Science.
