UNESCO Institute for Information Technology in Education (IITE) in cooperation with its partners organizes scientific seminars in Moscow and St. Petersburg, dedicated to the use of ICT for the development, education and social rehabilitation of people with special educational needs. The seminar in St. Petersburg is organized in collaboration with the St. Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation (SUAI) and the International Telecommunication Union (ITU).
