Mission:

To promote sustainable development and poverty alleviation in Kyrgyzstan by supporting vocational education and training, the dialogue between all the stakeholders at a national, regional and international level.

FEI supports the development of vocational education and training through research, policy advice, information dissemination, and capacity building.

It acts as a focal point for establishing and maintaining national, regional and international networks in the VET area.

31 August 2016 UNEVOC Centre in Ukraine organized mentorship meeting A mentorship meeting was held as part of the iHUB's comprehensive Development of Female Entrepreneurship Programme. The meeting was attended by female entrepreneurs, as well as experts from various industries. (more)

9 June 2014 Joint expert meeting on the recommendation concerning TVET and adult learning On 27 and 28 May 2014, the UNESCO Institute for Lifelong Learning UIL, UNESCO-UNEVOC and the UNESCO Section for TVET jointly organized an expert meeting on the Revision of the UNESCO Recommendations concerning Adult Learning and Education (ALE) and Technical and Vocational Education (TVE). 10 January 2014 Tatarstan UNEVOC Centre 'TISBI' involved in major staffing project The Ministry of Education of Tatarstan (Russia) together with a number of enterprises will create 25 resource centers for personnel training.
