Call for Applications: UNEVOC TVET Leadership Programme 2019
As part of UNESCO-UNEVOC's efforts to strengthen TVET worldwide, the 2019 UNEVOC TVET Leadership Programme will be organized in Bonn, Germany. From 24 June to 5 July 2019, mid- to senior-level TVET experts will participate in an intensive training and capacity building programme for transformational leadership in TVET. Deadline for applications is 17th February 2019. (more)

Transforming TVET in Myanmar
UNESCO, together with the UNESCO-UNEVOC International Centre for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), the UNESCO Office in Myanmar, and the GIZ, is supporting the Ministry of Education (MOE) of Myanmar in its efforts to enhance quality provisions, the access of young people to TVET and the effective governance of TVET systems and institutions. The worldwide presentation of UNESCO’s 2019 Global Education Monitoring (GEM) Report took place in Berlin, Germany on 20 November 2018. The launch was co-hosted by the German Federal Foreign Office, the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development, and the German Commission for UNESCO. (more)
