UNESCO IITE at the Moscow International Education Fair 2019

This year at the exhibition area of the Moscow International Education Fair UNESCO IITE hosted a booth to showcase publications and materials on various issues regarding the use of information and communication technologies in education. UNESCO IITE also seized the opportunity to make an official launch presentation of the Global Education Monitoring Report 2019 and organize a panel discussion on the role of digital technologies in shaping health literacy among young people. UNESCO IITE held an expert meeting on creating a web portal for visually impaired persons, which would enable blind and visually impaired peoples, and also specialists working in the field of rehabilitation of people with visual impairments, gain access to educational materials and courses for the purposes of advanced training, professional communication, and establishment of business connections.
