The Ninth Pan Commonwealth Forum on Open Learning 2019 will be held in Edinburgh, Scotland (United Kingdom) on 9-12 September 2019.
The Forum is organized every three years and is considered one of the world’s leading international conferences on open, distance and technology-enabled learning. It is co-hosted with different partners in different regions of the Commonwealth, and attracts over 600 delegates from across the 53 nation members of the Commonwealth and beyond.
This year the Forum will be focused on “innovations”, “quality” and “lifelong learning” under the theme – “Innovations for Quality Education and Lifelong Learning”. It welcomes stakeholders from across the globe to discuss, debate and showcase how innovations are improving the quality of education and creating new spaces for lifelong learning.
The event will be co-hosted by the Commonwealth of Learning and The Open University (United Kingdom).
