International Day of Living Together in Peace: SHARE YOUR QUOTES ON PEACE!

Living together in peace is all about accepting differences and having the ability to listen to, recognize, respect and appreciate others, as well as living in a peaceful and united way. 

Today, we are celebrating International Day of Living Together in Peace, to mobilize the efforts of the international community to promote peace, tolerance, inclusion, understanding and solidarity. 

The Day aims to uphold the desire to live and act together, united in differences and diversity, in order to build a sustainable world of peace, solidarity and harmony.

To mark this Day, UNESCO Bangkok is launching an on-line campaign to collect personal quotes about Peace.
The campaign will run for 3 months finishing on 21 September, the International Day of Peace.

Please share quotes about Peace from your country, community, family members, friends or just make one up! Send them through this Facebook post or our Contact form. Selected quotes will be featured in our publication!
