Education for Health and Well-being

UNESCO, as a founding member and Cosponsor of the UN Joint Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS), supports Member States to implement good quality education for an effective AIDS response. By focusing on HIV PREVENTION AND HEALTH PROMOTION, UNESCO aims to empower young people with the knowledge, skills and values they need to maintain good health throughout their lives.
