Torino Process
Inspired by the Copenhagen process and the 2010 Bruges Communiqué, the Torino Process is a biennial review of VET systems and policies. Evidence based, the process is participatory with partner countries actively engaged throughout.

Supporting entrepreneurs to start and grow businesses can have a positive impact on a country’s economy and society.

Supporting countries develop effective employment and labour mobility policies, with a particular focus on skills, leads to better functioning and more inclusive labour markets.

Qualifications and qualification system
Increasing geographical and occupational mobility means people need a clear and trusted way to demonstrate their competences. The ETF is helping partner countries to address this through qualification system reform.
