If you are looking for a donor

UNESCO-UNEVOC does not provide financial assistance. It serves UNESCO Member States worldwide to develop and strengthen TVET through promoting best and innovative practices in TVET, developing TVET systems, improving access to TVET, and assuring quality of TVET.

Our publication 'Agencies for International Cooperation in Technical and Vocational Educationand Training: A Guide to Sources of Information' might be helpful to you. This guide provides an overview of sources of Official Development Assistance by the 22 Member States of the Development Assistance Committee (DAC) of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) It focuses on technical and vocational education and training. The guide can be downloaded from http://www.unevoc.unesco.org/fileadmin/user_upload/pubs/DonorGuide.pdf (pdf, 2006)

On the Internet, you can find national development organizations. A pretty comprehensive list of development organizations, accessible by region/country can be found on the Internet at http://www.devdir.org/ (Directory of Development Organizations). These organizations might also be of assistance to you.

In addition, your National Commission for UNESCO might have relevant information.
