JET’s expertise lies in:
- research,
- implementation, and
- monitoring and evaluation.
These services form the JET Value Chain. While each can stand on its own, they are interlinked in that one informs the others to create a helix of knowledge.
For example:
- Research informs programme conceptualisation, design and implementation;
- Implementation is managed and monitored;
- Programmes are evaluated to assess outcomes against prescribed objectives;
- Monitoring and evaluation may point to a need for adjustments to implementation in
- progress, implementation to greater scale or further areas for research.
JET manages all components of this value chain, offering our clients an integrated suite of services which together serve to advance improvements in education and training.
JET also undertakes specific services for clients on a stand-alone basis:
- Researching a particular issue in education;
- Designing and managing the implementation of a particular intervention;
- Evaluating a programme in progress or on conclusion.
- We co-create projects and programmes with our clients to attune our services to
- clients’ needs.
