CINOP is an independent, (inter)national centre of expertise and research, specialised in lifelong learning, technical and vocational education & training (TVET) and adult education. Our clients and partners are educational institutions, schools, umbrella organisations, industry associations, social partners, training & development funds, companies, EU-, national- and local- authorities, centres of expertise, international bodies and NGO’s.

International activities:

In the EU-context CINOP is designated by the Dutch government and the European Commission as National Agency Erasmus+, National Coordination Point ECVET, EQAVET, NLQF, Euroguidance, and as ReferNet national partner in cooperation with CEDEFOP. As such CINOP strongly interacts within the EU wide networks of each of these themes in TVET and adult education.

CINOP Global is active in various countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East. We support institutions and stakeholders of the skills ecosystem in promoting opportunities for lifelong and enabling people to develop their practical and technical skills and help strengthening TVET worldwide.
