UNESCO IITE participated in the IV Congress of Teachers and Educators from CIS countries

More than 400 policy makers, educators, science and culture stakeholders from eight CIS countries met at the IV Congress of Teachers and Educators from the Commonwealth of Independent States held on October 3-4, 2016 in Moscow. The main subject of the Congress was innovations of the modern educational environment of CIS countries aimed at increasing the quality and access to education. UNESCO IITE supports distance education for professionals working with adolescents

273 specialists from 10 Eastern European and Central Asian countries completed distance e-learning courses and increased their competences in the field of HIV prevention among adolescents and young adults. The training courses were held on the portal of distance learning EDU-HUB, which has been developed based on the regional public organization of the  Belorussian Association of UNESCO Clubs(RAO "BelAU").
