Emily Stirnemann is an executive officer in the Director’s office. She oversees calls for tenders and partnerships as well as contract management.
With her legal training, Emily takes interest in the drafting of contract, and the monitoring of the constantly evolving donor scene, tracking shifts in IIEP’s classical donors funding strategies. She also gives her support as project manager for large new projects.
She liaises with Headquarters for various legal issues and is seconded to the Executive Board and General Conference during the current biennium.
Having joined IIEP in 2003, she served in Administration as a contract officer for 9 years before joining the Director’s office.
Prior to joining IIEP, Emily was a young professional for the European Space Agency.
