COMUNIDADES

Management of Social Transformations (MOST) Programme

Since 1994, the MOST Programme has created networks on urban development issues such as research, planning policies and governance and has set up working groups to help build a knowledge base and develop recommendations.

Its activities are grouped into four themes:

  • urban development and social Transformations;

  • social sustainability of historical districts;

  • urban governance and participation;

  • urban professional capacity building.
