    Sculptor Gérard Voisin chosen UNESCO Artist for Peace
    Gérard-Voisin_tn.jpgFrench sculptor and poet Gérard Voisin received the title of UNESCO Artist for Peace from Director-General Koïchiro Matsuura on 7 July 2005 during a ceremony at UNESCO Headquarters. Mr Voisin was being honoured “in recognition of his artistic career, which reflects cultural diversity, dialogue and tolerance between people, in memory of the fight against slavery.” Más
